obstetrical emergencies

This course is designed to review risks factors, preventable measures, emergencies skills and secondary emergencies for Postpartum Hemorrhage, Shoulder Dystocia and Cord Prolapse.

fetal heart monitoring course
Properly monitoring the fetal heart and correctly interpreting the findings are key factors in preventing neonatal and newborn death as well are reducing unnecessary interventions. This program is designed to refine those skills and deepen knowledge related to fetal heart monitoring.

Care during the first hours of life is crucial for the survival of newborn and again during the first week of life as we know that the pick of neonatal mortality occurs during this time. This course is design to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to a medical practitioner to care for a newborn.

The persistence of liberal (routine) episiotomy, despite global recommendations against it, is rooted in a lack of skills, knowledge and trust in a woman’s body. Our courses directly address those issues in our mission to end a harmful practice that leads to so many problems for women, including septicemia and death.
